Being involved on both sides of the strategy completes the circle and has given me a keen insight into not only what the developers needs are, but also what buyers are looking for.

I am exceptionally proud to have been associated with some of the finest and most-desirable gated estates on KZN’s North Coast, and arguably, South Africa. My latest venture, Balize Private Estate, promises some of the finest ocean views in the Sibaya Coastal Precinct and homes, with a resort-feel, designed around the amazing coastal climate.”
