We recently had the privilege to welcome some of South Africa’s top sportsmen to Balize Private Estate.

We had a chat with Beast, the most capped prop in South African history, who is looking to expand his property investment portfolio at this ocean-front estate. Being within the managed Sibaya Coastal Precinct, Balize benefits from an additional security layer and premium estate security means that you and your family enjoy time at the Clubhouse, kids’ pool and braai pits relaxed and happy. Balize is a place to make home.

With over 100 caps in Super Rugby, and one of Sharks rugby’s longest-standing players, Keegan Daniel seen here with Butch James and Sharks’ Doctor Alan Kourie stopped by our Sales Office.

Inspired by Butch’s property investment initiative, Keegan Daniel was keen to find out what he could learn about investing in property. Balize Private Estate is all about the simple but good things in life- start your day with the sunrise over the sea and watch a pod of dancing dolphins ride the waves, grab your surf board or ski and be at the beach within minutes.

On a perfect Durban day, we welcomed former South African Rugby Team Captain, Jean de Villiers to our site to give him a taste of what makes Balize Private Estate distinctly coastal. After soaking in the endless views and sunshine, we chatted to Jean about the scope and layout of the estate, and even hinted where his potential Villa should be positioned. Villa-living translates into resplendent yet modern home interior finishes, lazy lunches on the large terrace and keeping cool with the privacy of your own pool.

Rich in relaxed experiences, Balize Private Estate boasts 2, 3 and 4-bedroom Villas, Cabanas and Penthouses designed to inspire a resort-living feel.
